Google is following the social networking giant Facebook to provide tools that brings more power to it’s latest social networking platform, Google+. Google revealed that Google plus had grown to 135 million active users. But the service lack an instant photo app like Instagram. Now Google answered the issue with it’s newly added photo-sharing app to compete against Facebook’s Instagram. The new Snapseed a photo-sharing app can be used on Android phones, iOS phones, Mac and Windows. Now users can edit, enhance, transform and share video using this application on Google plus, Facebook and other social networking sites.


  The application is simple to use and features are very easy to understand and the transformation in the images are also nice. The application have several features like Auto Correct, Tune Image, Straighten and Rotate, Crop, vintage films effect and grunge effect. The Snapseed is originally developed by Nik Software. The company was acquired by Google and Google had been working for this app from a few month after acquiring the German-based Nik in September. Snapseed will run on any device with iOS 4.2, Android OS 4.0, Mac OS 10.6.8 Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2, and Windows 7 SP1 or later operating systems.
