If you are not a seasoned video editor, it takes a lot of time to learn the nuts and bolts of a video editor to edit stunning videos. There are a number of video editors available online, but everything requires some time to master the tools. Even if you have never edited video before, a simple video editor is the best choice to start with. To edit videos I used the popular Windows Live Moviemaker but is discontinued. I tried and tested several video editing tools, but everything has a learning curve. Soon I found one easy to use video editor that I can easily pick up without any learning. Movavi Video Editor is the tool that I used to edit my videos. I purchased the Movavi video Suite- an all-in-one movie maker: that means it has a video editor, video converter, and screen recorder. I am also trying to become a pro editor by learning the Adobe Premiere Pro, but it required a lot of learning and patience. So I decided to share my knowledge to help you to edit your videos without any professional editing knowledge. I believe that you can create amazing movies in just a few simple steps using this tool. You can ass transitions, titles, and music to make a stunning movie.
First, download Movavi movie maker on your computer. Just download the program installation file, run it, and follow the installation instructions to complete the installation.
Edit videos
In the welcome window, choose Create project in full feature mode to start making a video. Then Add Media Files button to add files to the timeline. The selected media files will be automatically added to the Timeline. You can change the order of the files by dragging them around in the program’s working area.
Add transitions and filters
To add fades, open the Transitions tab. Choose the transitions you like and drag and drop them onto the Timeline between your video clips.
Add Titles and Callouts
Click the Titles button, select the title type you like, and drag its icon to the Timeline. All the titles will be added on the Titles Track. You can stretch them over the whole track to have the titles appear during the whole movie or just over a part of it. Double-click on a title to customize the font, size, color, and other parameters.
Add Music and Voiceover
To add audio to the video, click Add Media Files and upload a piece of music of your choice. The audio file will be added on a separate Audio Track on the Timeline.
Use special effects
You can add special effects like Chroma Key and Slow Motion.
Export videos
To save the movie, click the Export button and choose one of the options from the tabs in the left part of the pop-up window. Then click Start to save your video.
With this tool, you can easily make video blogging. You can create intros, add transitions, chroma key, other special effects, and can also record your screen to create instructional or tutorial videos.
